Delivery & Shipping

  • Free PUDO to PUDO on all orders above R500.
  • Free Courier to Door for orders above R1000.
  • Orders below R500 can be couriered at R95 or sent to your nearest Pudo locker at R70. ** EXCLUDES orders that include a 8 kg or 20 kg dog food – The Courier cost will depend on your location.
  • For larger and bulky items like beds and cat scratch posts, we will quote you for shipping per order. Unfortunately due to the volumetric size that increases, there are additional charges from the Courier.

Delivery timescales depends on the 1) location and 2) availability of products, please see below for our estimated shipping times…

ITEMS IN STOCK

    • Gauteng – Shipped within 24 hours after payment. Shipped with same day or next day delivery.
    • All other areas – Shipped within 24 hours after payment. Delivery takes 3 (main areas) to 7 (outlying areas) days.

ITEMS NOT IN STOCK (Refer to each product page to see item availability) 

      • Gauteng – Shipped within 24 hours after items arrive at our warehouse. Shipped with same day or next day delivery.
      • All other areas – Shipped within 24 hours after items arrive at our warehouse. Delivery takes 3 (main areas) to 7 (outlying areas) days.

How Delivery takes place :

  • All packages are linked to an online track-and-trace system. You will receive an email with this information when your order has been shipped.
  • Once we have shipped the products, it is out of our control if the courier maybe has a flat tyre on the way to you or their GPS recalculates the route and they need to phone you. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR PHONE NUMBER WHEN YOU REGISTER, It it not so that we can harass you, it is so that the Courier can call you if they need to 😉

Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

All orders placed can be cancelled up to the point of shipping. Should you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please send us an email to info@101petproducts.com with all the details of your order, to allow us to make contact with you and process the cancellation.

Refunds & Exchange

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Refunds will be processed on request on merit.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied back onto your payment method within 14 working days.
We also offer an exchange service. Please send us an email to info@101petproducts.com with your order information and the exchange request, and our staff will contact you speedily to assist.

Stock and shipping issues

If a product is out of stock, or we cannot fulfill the order for whatever reason, we will notify you.Should you be willing to be patient until we receive the stock you are looking for, we will send it to you alltogether. If you are in a hurry for some items, we will gladly discuss a refund for the specific product that was not in stock at that time. 

Disclaimer (The Fine Print)

We like to keep the fine print to the minimum. The only fine print we have is with regards to our calming collars: each and every dog and cat is different. Just like humans, sometimes the medicine you get from the Doctor does not work for you and then you have to change the dosage or change the medicine. Animals are exactly the same. Some animals may require replacement of the calming collars more often than others, some may be calm and relaxed for up to 60 days with the collars. Please keep in mind that it is NOT a miracle switch that is activated in the animal. If your pet is young and curious, he / she will remain young and curious – it is part of growing up. It does however help with fear of thunder, loud noises, crackers, general anxiety and much much more but please remember that just like humans, animals differ.
